I need to lose my belly. its not flabby but a little swollen. How can I lose it back to normal?
Keep salt or sodium intake below 2000 mgs daily (read labels on everything). make sure you are eating a balanced diet with sufficient protein. make sure all your added fats are monounsaturated or omega 3 fats. do some form of exercise daily for atleast 45-60 minutes. Begin to work your core with crunches.
