A 12 year old girl should eat about, 1000 calories a day. However if you are 14 you should eat 1200 calories a day. If you stay with this amount of calories a day you will suddenly fell better and lighter. Your skin will also get clearer and well more free, it will also get more soily which is better and helthier. Dont try and count the calories becasue you want to losse weight or be more healthy. You will anlyget more unhealthy. Everyone needs to eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. you can or should also take a little snack overbetween when ever you want. However, try and keep the meals in a good and streight blanced time, dont eat at 11.00 in the morning on weekends for example, try and eat at 7-9 and later you can then eat lunch at the time between 12-15 after that a snack and dinner between 17-19. This is very important that you do not eat dinner later than 7-8, because it will take time to digest the food and if you eat later the food will not  all be digested and this will turn into fat as the body has taken a break when sleeping. The people that does not eat 3 regulary meals a day plus an snack will sonner become fat. Starving yourslf is not the way, sonner your organs will eat itself thats when you are staring to have a tummy ake if you have not eaten through out the day. WHAT EVERY YOU DO DON NOT BUY FOODS OR DRINKS WHICH HAVE LIGHT SAYING ON IT OR DIET OR NO ADDED OR ZERO SUGAR. These products have other camicals that will stay and get stuck in your organs it is small small ball you can call them thy are so small that you can see them, but sooner or later all these ball with get stuck and, this is not good. This is something that every one thinks helps and will work, you will probably think that i have wrong and how do i know this. IF YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD ABOUT HERBALIFE YOU SHOULD REALY READ ABOUT IT, it's a big big company working with people that want to lose weight, this comapny does not sell product in shops or stores. It is not a weightloss skhake you take its a protein, the biggest scientics today, is working in HERBALIFE and, the guy working after Walt Disney died, is called Michel O Johsson, the created, Thge Lion King and other big classics but stoped working a few years back, becasue he wanted to start with this after the guy mark Huges that started this company, because his mum died for being to fat, he wanted to help people loos weight  but in a healthy way, there are other product that they have. REMEMBER DO NOT STARV YOURSELF!!!! If you do then your not healthy, and will not loss weight you will go up in weight, just eat normaly, and do some exercise. However, if you are an athele you should eat more than 1800 calories a day of the age between 12-16 then starting to eat more calories after that age.
