I have no Idea how may calories but i am 12 years and I sat on this diet it is briliant so listen Monday-5 potatoes and 1,5 of sour milk Tuesday-100g or fried chicken and 1,5 of sour milk Wednesday-100g of friend meat (any) and 1,5 of sour milk Thursday-100g of friend fish and 1,5 of sour milk Friday-fruit and veg and 1,5 of sour milk Saturday-just sour milk Sunday-just miniral water
