Hi again Cricket,

If you are ordering a grande soy milk chai latte from Starbucks you get an extra 200 calories from each drink.  The Splenda is adding 0 calories, so good choice to add for sweetening.  Whether the drink is okay if trying to lose weight. . . that's for you to decide.  How much do you enjoy the latte?  If going without stresses you out, then by all means keep drinking your latte.  However, burning those 200 calories means about a 2 mile walk.  And keep in mind, that 2 mile walk just burns the latte you drank, not any extra calories you want to burn to lose weight.  Maybe try some compromising, soy latte every other day, walk 3 miles everyday. . . whatever you can stick with that means calories in is less than calories burned.

Hope your Monday is going well:)
