What are some quick tasty recipes that are healthy and not fish?
I have a 16 month old little girl. She keeps me very busy. I also live with the in- laws so it is hard to stay away from junk food. I want to live a healthier life for myself, my husband and my daughter. I need some quick tasty recipes that do not include fish or most seafoods because I am allergic. I have got to lose weight because I am over twice the size I need to be and do not want my children to be the same way. I also do not want to do this surgically. I want to lose it myself it will be more rewarding and I will be more motivated!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
