AJ,

I am sorry to hear you're not feeling well.  Unfortunately I do not know enough about your situation to make an educated guess on what is happening, but I will give you some information and advice.

When a person decides to change the way they eat by reducing calorie intake and move more by doing more exercise their bodies can become run down, sick and weak if their Calorie Intake is significantly more than what they are taking in.  This in turn leaves them at a nutrient deficit, and ultimately your body will do what it has to do to slow you down.  Even if that means you get sick or injured.

Remember I am not saying this is what happened to you.  I do not have enough detail to know for sure.  What I am saying is to take your calorie deficit into consideration before jumping into a weight loss program.

You can read 3 recent shared posts I have made regarding weight loss and calorie management here on this site.

The last thing is that if you continue to feel weak and sick go to your family doctor to get to the bottom of this.

I hope this helps!
