Q: Which meal replacment plan will help me most?

I'm 130lbs overweight, uninsured, and basically starving myself at the moment by only eating dinner on average and mostly from a mall food court. This is due to allergies to raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, dairy, and most soy, and the inability to prepare my own food in my current housing situation. I am looking for a cheaper meal replacement diet, preferably mainly liquid due to constant GI troubles, that may help me eat more, and eat better?
