Can I safely lose 8 pounds in 11 days?
I'm 70 years old . I burn off 400 calories per day exercising. I eat a normal diet, but no desserts and very few snacks. I've dropped from 169 pounds to 161 in 11 days, and I feel great. Still, it seems almost unreal that I could lose that much weight in so short a time. Any thoughts?
