The best exercises for the back are pullups and rows. Just Google Back pull ups and Back Rows and you will see sample of the exercises.  However let me add that so called "Spot reduction" does not work, which means if you just work on your back it will not lose fat in that particular area.  Fat loss is a combination of nutrition, diet and exercise which includes working out your entire body and doing cardio.  This is the best way to lose total body fat.   Kenn Kihiu http://www.dancexfitness.com fat burning dance exercises
