HELP!
I am 20 years old. 5'8 and 190 pounds.BMI is 31% and for about a month now ive been going to the gym everyday and workout on the treadmill and weights for a total of 2 hours. Might i add i watch what i eat and how much i intake and i only drink water now. Is that enough and how soon should i expect results to see that i am doing this right?
