it really depends how overweight you are, have you consulted your gp about starting exercise? i was a very obese 10-13 yr old girl but now am am 15 i have lost a lot of cellulite even though my belly still shakes and wobbles when i run. i also need an answer to the question above.  Does anyone have any spesific exercises for fat thighs?!? i am in deasperate need of this. BTW i cannot do any push ups because i cant lift myself (lol) and struggle to do any sit ups. i am not very keen on excersise as you might have gathered and find it difficult to run 400m metres without stopping a couple of times. i need an easy way to start to lose weight as i am embarrased to wear bikinis and short skirts or anything else that shows off my wobbley legs or belly.
