Q: What is your single biggest exercise question?

I ask this question because I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Training Blogger.  It is important to me that I am answering the fitness/exercise/weight loss

How to tone body without bulking up?  I am a female and don't want to get bigger just toned.

This is a concern many women have, so your not alone in feeling this way.

 

What most people don't know is that it takes a very long time for your body to produce enough muscle for you to look "Bulky".

 

While everyone is different, know that it can take 1-1.25 months to even gain 1 lbs. of muscle.

 

Two specific tips that will help you are:

 

On The Average Burn More Calories Than You Eat

 

When Exercising Keep Your Repitions at 15 - 20 Reps and Your Rest between 30-45 seconds.
