Is there somewhere a guide to the max daily milligrams of all vitamins.
Detox and vitamins are 2 entirely different things. If 6you really want to detox your body - get on a healthy eating plan with a balamce of fruits, vegetables, organic fat free dairy, plant based proteins (and fish and eggs), whole grain/high fiber carbohydrates and healthy fats with water as your primary source of liquid. Cutting high fat, high sugar foods out is "detoxifying." A general multi-vitamin with additional calcium/vitamin D/magnesium supplement should round out your needs.
