Q: Can adult vitamins be given to 14-year old children

I am currently given Centrum multivitamins for adults to my 14-year old daughter who is 100 lbs.  Is this alright?

I have always believed that what is written on the bottle of each Centrum multivitamins should be followed.  Each age group is listed there.

The reason being is that each category of children have a certain weight group also.  Check the label before subscribing adults vitamins to children.  If it says "14+ then it's a go."

Just for information purposes, usually they list a number you can call for any questions concerning this product.
