myfitnesspal.com is AWESOME! It's free and you can keep up with everything you have eaten that day and how much exercise you have done. It will ask you a series of questions and tally up how many calories YOU nedd to consume for your fitness level. Then as you input your food it will take away the calories you have eaten. It is also full of a ton of preprogrammed foods so all you have to so is search with a keyword. Hope it helps.

OK site, nice loads, etc. One major problem, many of the preprogrammed foods have the wrong values.
