Q: Baking with swerve???

I have been using acesulfame-K (DiabetiSweet) for baking and it has been very good, I thought because it is used measure for measure and, after a rest period, gives the diabetic a good sweet taste without the sugar or having a high gylcemic response.  Tell me more about swerve and where can we purchase it???? Thanks
