Annette,

I haven't seen any information on a diet like this, but I am very curious to know what attracts you to this type of diet?  Would you be willing to write back sharing that kind of information in this forum.

P.S.  A friend/colleague of mine recently pulblished an excellent set of resources called, Body By Eats for people who are trying to better understand more about food choices and diets.  Here name is Leigh Peele and you can learn more about this at:

I look forward to hearing back from you and I hope this helps!

I never ate regular meals. I have tried South Beach, Atkins, counting calories & my Dr prescribed diet pills for me. I lost 15 lbs on the diet pills but gained it all back and 10 more after I stopped taking them. I don't want to be on pills the rest of my life so I am trying anything I can. I have gone a day without eating many times just because I get busy & I don't seem to get hungry. I have been drinking only water for about 3 months & I feel more healthy but am losing no weight. I even joined a gym 3-5 days a week. I am willing to give anything a try except stupid things like enemas.
