Is Zhen De Shou fat loss capsule safe?

My daughter and her mother in law just started taking Zhen De Shou fatloss pills. I can't find any reliable information on this supplement but from what I gather, it has Ephedra and other things in it.
If it isn't safe, I need some reliable source to get both of them to reconsider taking a suspect drug.

i used to take that pills for 2 weeks. i just stopped from taking those pills cause i didnt see any difference. but one thing i noticed was that my appetite is increasing which was supposed to be decreasing.

This product will not do anything. It doesn't work!
