I work the night shift, what is the best schedule/ foods to eat ( I work in a call center) ?

Since I work this new schedule I've noticed I have gain some weight.  so what schedule of eating or foods could I eat to stop me from gaining weight.  I work 12 to 9 pm my first break is around 2 pm (1/2 hr) I eat what ever I have prepared the night before.  then my dinner break is...
