Q: I EXERCISE A LOT WHY I DONT LOOSE WEIGHT

Hello Saeed

 

This could be because of the type of exercise you do or because of your body type. For instance aerobic exercise is more likely to make you lose weight than strength training. However it really depends on your body type. If you are trying to lose weight, I would suggest getting a personal trainer who can give you a personalized exercise program based on your body type.
