Check out the diet plan reviews and the food guides on the site and find a plan that works for your lifestyle.  If you hold your weight in the belly it can be a bit resistant, but in the end it's cutting down on calorie consumption and doing aerobic, calorie burning exercises, working up to 45 minutes to an hour most days of the week.  Crunhes can improve your abdominal muscles and your core strength but you need to burn off the belly fat to see the musculature.
