I have cramps in my stomach after running.
Abot 10 minutes after running, I get cramps in my lower stomach. Its kind of similar to period pain but a little less intense. I don't eat or drink anything before I go running in the morning. Please give me any suggestions. thank You!
As soon as you feel the cramps coming on, keep running, but let out 3 or 4 short and highly pressurized exhales. Then continue breathing normally; inhale for 2 strides, exhale for two strides. Count it out in your head "in-in, out-out"
