Hello ali,   There are many good ways to slim your abdomen. Try them all and decide which ever one or two you like best. If you like them all, do them all. Try Yoga, Pilates, aerobic exercise, crunchs/sit ups or anything else you can find that seems to work your middle area. There is no one right way to do it. Just experiment and find what you like best.   Sorry about the delay, I hope this was helpful
