why havent i lost weight?

ive started working out for a longer time period, eating less, and healthier but i am not seeming 2 lose 1 pound, if anything im gaining weight.

what i dont understand is even if im not eating healthier if im eating less and working out hard and more should i see some type of result?

Well, most likely what you are losing in weight, you are gaining in muscle. Don't worry it is completely normal. Keep up the good work!
