I am a 5ft 9 female that currently weighs 85lbs (6st 1.5)

SAL

I have been suffering from ortroexia for 9yrs and i hate being so underweight but due to only eating 'clean'foods (no red meats, white refined or processed foods)i am finding it hard to gain or maintain weight. I eat breakfast (usually bowl of porridge made with fortified soya (i have oesteoporosis in the spine and hips), a banana, some almonds and a cup of tea with honey) lunch can be two thick wholemeal toasts with grilled cherry tomatos and a small tin of reduced suger beans, followed by 150ml of soya milk. For dinner i usually have half a plate of brown rice, brown lentil curry with broccoli and peas, followed by a petit filous tube. Just before bed i Have a mug of soya with alpen no suger meusli and half a banana. p.s i have a snack between lunch and dinner usually a banana with cup of tea and honey. I work 19 hrs a week in a womens department store and i keep active by walking (up to an hour, daily grocery shopping or for leisure) I have not had a period for 9 yrs, does this mean i will never be able tro have children in the future?

I applaude you for having the courage to write about your condition, thank you for your honesty.

While I have heard and read a little about Orthorexia I am certainly not an expert.  So I have attached a link to a 2 part series that might help you.
