Q: Do I really have a small frame?

In reference to frame size. I have abnormally small wrists, and for the most part my upper body is smaller. But my lower body is the exact opposite, I have very large hips. In comparison to people who I consider to have "small frames" I would say my upper body would be small-medium while my lower body is large. But in accordance to my wrist I am definately small. Does the wrist really tell all?

I'm not sure it really matters.  if you are at a "healthy weight" but have a "pear shape (lower body larger than upper) atleast you are at a lower risk of diabetes and heart disease since "apples" (large abdomens ) lean to those risks - lunges, squats, plie exercises and a walking program could lean your bottom a bit - if you'd like.
