I'm not sure it really matters.  if you are at a "healthy weight" but have a "pear shape (lower body larger than upper) atleast you are at a lower risk of diabetes and heart disease since "apples" (large abdomens ) lean to those risks - lunges, squats, plie exercises and a walking program could lean your bottom a bit - if you'd like.
