The easiest way to check if you are in a healthy weight range is to calculate your BMI (body mass index). There is a bmi checker right here on the website. For the extra cloths: either you can hem them yourself, or take the ones you dont want anymore over to the nearest shelter, free store, or other place where underprivelaged people may be able to use what you had no more use for. This may be a wonderful reason to go shopping! Try losing the weight and saving a little money so that when you get down to a healthy BMI you can take yourself out for a wardrobe change.
