AM a 22 yr old male who smokes abt 10 cigars a day..I ve this pain in my back...Is this a bad sign??

I sure hope some "angel" is giving you some kind of sign that smoking is a huge risk factor for a number of health conditions and 10 cigars a day to me is lighting a match to a piece of ignitor string that leads to a bomb.

 

Please, please get some smoking cessation interaction with a doctor going.  I would discuss the pain in your back with him at that time to make sure it is not a serious health condition.
