You are very light for your age and height. I would say that it would be safe for you to eat 2200 to 2500 calories a day, especially because you are using a lot of energy going through puberty and developing.

Oh ok thank you :] and i just weighed myself recently but without anything on and the scale read 78 lbs. what would you recommend i do? maintain my weight? and should i keep going with the 2200-2500 diet?

I would think you should eat a minimum of 2500 calories maybe more
