i think my my metabolism is very then a friend told me that i should eat yogurt coz it help increase but am not sure it really help. is decreasing my carb intake help me loss weight coz am overweight for 20 lbs.
i am informed by a friend that eating rice is a better diet than eating potatoes and bread.i tried to search in the internet but am not sure if they're accurate about it.
