None for you, I guess. I know I'm much happier with less weight -- less pain, less swelling of hands, ankles, knees, less grouchy because of sugar-induced mood swings. I can move better and have more energy to truly enjoy my life. The body isn't everything, that's true, but keeping in shape is one great way to stay sharp enough to deal with life and help others along the way. No kidding - it really makes a difference. I needed to lose about 40 lbs to get down to my comfortable weight. I've lost 25 so far and am thrilled with the difference in myself-not JUST my body, but my mind as well. Try it!
