Q: Exercise and diet aren't working...feeling defeated...any help?

I am 25, 5'6", and 230 lbs. I eat a really well ballanced diet of fruit and veggies with a few whole grains and fats worked in eating about 1500 calories. I exercise a mix of intensive cardio and strenght training for about 1 hr 45 mins 4-5 times a week. I can feel a difference in how healthy i feel, but I'm not losing any lbs or inches! I feel totally defeated and I don't know what I'm doing wrong...any help?

How much sugar are you eating? Do you diet drink soda?

You should write down what you are eating for a week and then go back over it to see where you might be slipping.

A trainer once told me that you can exercise like crazy but if your diet isn't on track you won't lose anything.

Hope this helps!
