graduation is in 2 weeks and i know i m skinny but i just want to stay healthy and i think my theighs are fat but i dont know how many caleries i should have in a day or for meals(breakfast, lunch,dinner,and snacks)...sooo im pretty much clueless bout how to stay healthy. im goin on the tredmill 4 20 min., and not drinking soda and trying to stay healthy but then i eat dinner and i feel like i dont know how many caleries i should actually be having
