Before the operation ,I was walking 3x's weekly, three miles in 45 minutes. Operation wasn't a big sucess. I have only 30 degrees bend in left knee,66 in right.  Should have 180 in both .Severly inhibits me froom walking as I should. I keep gaining. Self esteem is in the pits..

Can you replace your walking with swimming laps?  I bot an swimmer's MP3 player online from Finis at Aquasport to get me started but enjoy the swimming on it's own now!  I love the overall feeling after even just a few laps.  Start with one lap or even just swim lessons.  It'll get you out and that can't be a bad thing for our psyches!  Good luck!  Canuck Lady  PS I barely use my legs when I swim so my knee problems are not a factor.
