your ideal body weight ISN'T 42kg (BMI 16.4???), and your BMI is 21.29 now. considering you're only 15, it isn't yet unhealthy. plus muscles weigh more than fat, despite it taking up less space. a BMI of 19-23 is healthy. if you really wanted to lose weight, a BMI of 20-21? so it'd be, say BMI 20.5

BMI20.5x1.6x1.6= 52.48kg, about 52.5kg (:

BMI18.5x1.6x1.6= 47.36kg.
honestly 18.5BMI is already pushing skinny and unhealthy if you're not small boned.

(From an article from dailymail:)
According to research carried out at Newcastle University - there is a "perfect" BMI for a woman. Perfect - as in the most attractive to men.

In Britain, the most attractive BMI was found to be 20.85. In Malaysia the figure was marginally higher. The results also showed that attractiveness dropped quickly either side of the 20.85 figure

anyway, just being healthy is better than being skinny (:

guys really do like curves more. guy friends always say that they hate bones, a little bit of flesh is what they like. just love yourself in your skin !
