Q: need safe exercises for very over weight person to get started

I weigh 322 I have a diet plan I just need exercises that I can start with that are safe for me to do. I have a bad back and I worry about hurting myself.

Start off at a slow pace. Drink only water from now on and as much as you can. limit your food intake and whenever you work out always be in a positive mood.

 

Going to the gym:

 

elipticol-10 mins

treadmill-5 mins

stretching-15 mins

ab workout-5 mins

weights: spend at least an hour here and do 3 sets of 15 on each machine

 

Going outdoors:

 

walking-30 mins

jogging-10 mins

stretch-10 mins

 

 

Now this will help you get started and then always increase time and weights when you can.HAVE FUN =)
