Q: Is this too little calories??

I'm 5' 7'' and 128 lbs, I eat around 550-600 calories a day I guess, but I never, not ever feel hungry! Here's what I ate today: Breakfast: Cereal (for digestion) with milk (0,9% fat) - 150 calories Snack: A bar of dark chocolate (80% cocoa) - 25 calories Lunch: Integral rice and a salad and just a little fish (I didn't like the way it was prepared) - 250-300 calories Dinner: Compote (whole fruits boiled in water) I added 1,5 teaspoons of honey in it, 110 calories It adds up to around 550 calories today more-less (it is like this every day). I also exercise. I do yoga for an hour, speed walk for 45 minutes, and swim about three times a week. I am not trying to lose weight, I just eat healthy and really am not hungry, so I don't starve myself. I eat a balanced diet- eggs ( actually egg whites, the one thing I hate the most is yolk..:\ ), whole grains, fish, vegetables, fruits, milk... I really don't feel weak, on the contrary I am full of energy. I was just bored and calculated the amount of calories I had today, and was kind of scared because it was below 1200, then I realized I never eat above 1200! What should I do, should I continue like this, and stop only if I start feeling ill, and bad, or should I eat more (I feel if I did this I would be stuffing myself) P.S: Except for turkey and chicken I dont eat any other form of red meat. Oh and, I eat ALL kinds of vegetables

Everyone's caloric needs are different depending on activity, metabolism, and genetics. If you feel great, then don't rock the plate. The BMI and Caloric Calculators are just general guidelines that do not take individuality into account. Nothing is wrong with being an individual as long as you are causing no harm.
