Q: whats the deal with negative calories?

Please i need to know so that i can include them in my daily calorie intake, thank you.

There's not enough room here to list every negative calorie food since there's over 100 of them... But basically, what is referred to as a negative calorie food is a food that requires more calories to eat and digest than the calorie content of the food itself hence, you end up with a negative calorie EFFECT.

The Negative Calorie Diet has spawned all kinds of controversy but in the end, nobody has been able to debunk it because quite honestly, according to all the articles I've read, it does in fact work.
