Q: I exercise a lot and watch what I eat, but I keep gaining weight. Why?

I exercise about 60-90 minutes a day. I do a combination of weight training and cardio. I am very health conscious. I do not count calories, but I watch what I eat and how much. I allow myself to indulge in things I like, but I never over-eat nor do I binge. I have been continually gaining weight over the course of the past 2 months and I cannot figure out why. Please help me. I am at my wits end.
