There are several methods that can help you reach your goals and get rid of that last layer of fat however, which direction to go relies heavily on what you're current diet/exercise regimen looks like.   How many meals per day do you eat currently?   Have you taken the time to portion the macronutrient breakdown of each meal or are you generally eating higher protein, lower carb/fat meals?   Do your workouts consist solely of weights, cardio or both?   If you do perform cardio, what kind are you doing?   Is your bodyfat percentage below 10% ?     Getting rid of that last layer of fat typically takes some additional effort beyond just changing up the foods and/or timing of meals during the day.  I have found that food/dieting can take you so far and workouts/cardio can take you so far.  It's the combination of these things that will really work together to quickly strip off the last bit of fat.    If you have a moment to answers the above questions, I can give you some additional guidance based on my experience.  If you're interested in more information on total body transformations, I write extensively about it at www.dietforadollar.com   Take care~
