I am a below knee amputee, and am trying to strenghten my core muscles, inner and outer thigh muscle. My butt and hip need toring as I have been on cruchtes for 11 months. I eat pretty good during the day, night time is my problem area. My husband goes to bed early as he gets up early and I stay up with my grandson. I need some help and ideas as so many of the workouts are not made for amputee.
