why do i weigh more after exercise   I have noticed a 2-3lb. weight gain after a non-sweaty workout. I didn't drink fluids or eat anything either. The only way I can rationalize this is to understand some basic physics. body weight is a number that reflects mass in relation to gravity. the only way to gain "weight" is to have increased your mass or gravity. I am no expert maybe someone out there is, but our bodies have gases that have specific gravities. and perhaps stimuating the muscles and body through exercise we alter the amounts and types of gases which translates into weight gain.  again  I am no expert but maybe someone could further elaborate. hope this helped more than it confused.
