depending on how young you are i DON'T recommend going to dietary pills! if you are a teen it will help to get your parents support...ask them to stop buying junk food...in the morning yogurt is the best...it helps with digestion..for lunch- salad..light on the dressing...dinner- meat- the size of your fist,and a veggie. stend less time in front of the tv...instead buy a cardio tape...or just put on the radio and dance to music....make it fun...you'll feel better and in the end even more proud...if you are in your twenties...you can do the same thing, but if you have work maybe when your cleanin the house put cardio into it...good luck
i weigh 164.
you can eat whatever you like.
but smaller amounts of it.
and just exersize eveyday.
you can start by just walking through your neighborhood.
or riding a bike.
if you live near school or work walk there
only if its close enough to not break out in sweat.
dont reach for that bag of potato chips.
grab an apple or carrot.
just subsitue junk food with healthy food.
