Q: Bigger butt, smaller tummy

I'm 17, about 5'1'' and I weigh about 103lb. I have always been skinny and I want a change. I have small everything (except tummy) and I NEED to do something different. College is coming up so that gives me a little less than a year to get in fit and stay there.

 

How do I get a bigger butt (meaning a BIGGER butt, not rounding the small butt I already have) and keep this bigger butt in shape (really round and pretty), as well as get a much flatter, leaner tummy? I've been on other websites where they're telling me to eat more high calorie foods to get a bigger butt, but then they're telling me to not eat the foods if I want a leaner tummy. What do I do?? Do I focus on one and then the other (I don't want to do that because that will mean that I'll be fat first, and then have to slim down) or do I just stay completely confused?? Some tell me to do cardio exercises, but I'm not sure exactly what they are... Please help me!! (I know I have asked a lot of questions, so let me help in which ones you should answer, so you're not so upset that I'm so lost :)   1) How do get a bigger and rounder butt (emphasis on bigger) and what exact exercises and foods should i eat to do so?

                    2) AND How do I get a much flatter leaner tummy at the same time? What specific exercises should I do, foods should I eat??

Be really specific in ALL of the exercises I should do and the foods I should eat so I can follow it to the tee.

O and if some your advice is cardio exercise, please let me know what exactly that is

Targetted "crunches" as opposed to sit ups, pilates can help tone your stomach as long as you avoid fast food bloat and keep your diet balanced.

 

If you belong to a gym there is a butt blaster machine you can use to really firm and tone your butt and accentuate the muscles.  You can mimic the machine by going on elbos and knees, catching a small hand weight in the crease of your calf, flesing your foot and pulsing/raising-lowering the bent leg.

I first want to say I really feel your pain..... I've been researching this for TOO long. This is not an endorsement of this product because I haven't tried it yet,  I don't have the money but it was the only supplement I found that had verifiable testimonials...You can go to ebay and look up seller "joe4sho1990" and get the BBB BIG BEAUTIFUL BUTTOCKS. I don't know if it works because I haven't tried it yet but it seems like the real deal.

Even though Im 13 years old I want this to Im 5'5 and I weigh 123 about pounds.

With a big belly, and flat bottom.

you should start doing cardio exercise 3 to 4 times per week. And then look up things you can do to build your butt muscles. I have had much success! My butt use to be entirely flat, I'm talking not even a bubble. But I read something that said people just don't use their butt muscles for much and you have to engage them. Well I've been exercising and doing butt toning things for a year and butt looks much bigger and rounder. The fat on your tummy will not go away with sit ups or crunches!!! You must do cardio and get your heart beating. And fat on your butt will not make it look nice, it will make it look FLAT and flabby. Work the muscles!

In my personal experience, cardio shrunk my butt. Cardio is a Whole Body workout and will shrink your stomach along with your botttom, hips and thighs. I suggust target workouts. Pilates is great for targeting all stomach muscles including the stuborn obliques (love handles). To gain a round bottom, stick to healthy high protein and caloric foods ex...Fruits, complex carbs and unsaturaed fats.

I am 20 and i have always had a small butt. I decided to create my own workout at the gym i do one day of explosive butt workouts on a butt machine( where you sit and push off using your legs) i started doing 3 sets of 10 on 130 lbs (you can do whichever you feel comfortable) then i do 3 sets of 5 on 150. now i am up to 205. i've noticed a difference because i get a muscle on my butt and during the week i eat high calorie food and workout my tummy doing longer reps like 3 reps of 40 for the tummy workouts. so this will trim down your waist. But the butt muscle then turns into fat due to the fact muscle turns into fat easily especially if not worked on. i'm trying to get my butt juicy not muscular and i have been noticing a difference and its been about a month.i hope this helped :)

What are you talking about? Muscles DO NOT TURN INTO FAT!!! MUSCLES ARE MUSCLES AND FAT IS FAT! GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT! MUSCLES SHRINK!

First of all, eating high calorie foods isn't at all healthy.  My friend is doing exercises for her butt and it has really been helpful for her.  She doesn't have to go to gym per se, because she does this exercise all the time.  This is an exercise for toning butt muscles.  For example, squeeze in your butt (not with hands) you do this without hands, just using your butt muscles, keeping them squeezed for about a minute or so.  You don't have to time yourself.  All you have to do is do this several times a day....like when you're watching TV or standing in line, etc..You can practically do this anytime. 

 

When walking, you can also squeeze in your tummy by using your tummy muscles.  You do this just like you do it with your butt.  It allows for the muscles to tone themselves and at the same time burn whatever extra fat you have.

 

As far as the diet, it should be 60% vegetables, fruits.  The rest, just do a little of everything.  Don't try to cut yourself off of foods you like, just eat the fatty stuff as little as you can. 

 

And at last, keep your attitude positive!  You can do it!
