hi, thanks for the previous comment abt the whey protein...wat i want to knw is after how long after my workout i should take the whey protein....i always have2 bananas and half glass of glucon-d and 10mins after that i have the protein shake...
if possible plz advice me a proper diet...i want to increase ma weight and the muscle mass...i work in a call centre so i don get much time to workout...however i try to go for an hour...
