I was just wondering if the diet plan I'm on is safe and if I may see results.. The way it looks its a low calorie high protein diet.. Daily calories: about 1600
Fat: max of 30g
Protein: 75-100g
I haven't kept count of my carbs... SHould I? and What should I be consuming daily?
I'm 25 yrs 6'1 and 205lbs
