Q: Is this safe and If so will I see results

I was just wondering if the diet plan I'm on is safe and if I may see results.. The way it looks its a low calorie high protein diet.. Daily calories: about 1600  

                                                                   Fat: max of 30g

                                                              Protein: 75-100g

I haven't kept count of my carbs... SHould I? and What should I be consuming daily?

 

I'm 25 yrs 6'1 and 205lbs

looks good to me. what to do about carbohydrates is completely found by personal experimentation. Add them in slowly until you either have enough or are seeing that you results have slowed. Everyone responds differently to carbs.
