Well here's a few options you could go on a Liquid Diet [Description] only drink Water for 3/4 days every week when ever you get hungry you don't need Stupid diet Bars or diet drinks I know this sounds crazy but it's Actually Worse and they're very un-healthy and have been linked to several sudden diseases they don't work and since water has no calories you get filled up on Water and don't gain weight. Which is Healthy for one Your digestive System spends every day digesting food which requires energy and with water it's easier to digest so you'll actually have more energy because energy is no longer needed to digest food thus giving you more energy. so you could use that energy to work out if you wanted. and depending on the water Spring Water is one of the healthiest. so is Distilled water cause it's been Pretty well Purified. City water is some times recycled so some people have gotten sick Because their water contains medication that other people have taken cause it was recycled. Some [Healthy Suggestions] Eat and drink Less Junk food. Chips, Chocolate Based Items, Soda, You'd be Surprized all the unhealthy things there are. Such as Pork. Pork contains trichinosis worms which cause arthritis and are undetectable by there Sencors and you can't notice when your eating it cause they are so tiny and Like Tape worms they have a hard shell.  [Exercises] walking/Bike riding. Sit ups, Crunches, Leg raises, that's all I can think of at the moment. walking is better for your knees and actually burns the same amount of calories and is just as healthy you just don't burn calories as fast.
