Q: how can i get a toned stomach, thighs, and butt, & how do i get rid of love handles?

Combine a "hills and valley" challenging walking program that really raise your heart rate with a weight training program that involves lunges, squats, plies (The firm has a great DVD series for this) and some pilates and core training for your stomach.  Weight loss is the only way to get rid of love handles plus core exercises like Pilates to work your oblique muscles.
