Hello, I currently take Xanax XR 1mg, Zoloft 100mg, Abilify 3mg and Loestrin FE birth control. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I feel that I might be fighting a losing battle being on these meds and trying to lose. I'm 41 and am a working Mom of a 3 1/2 year old and 5 1/2 year old. HELP!!!
